China Plans Super Buses to Relieve Crowded Streets
In the Mentougou district of Beijing, the Shenzhen Huashi Future Car-Parking Equipment company is planning to use a new super bus to relieve traffic on the crowded streets of the city.
The buses are basically the top level of a double decker bus, with the lower level left open so that cars can drive underneath. Passengers will board the bus at special elevated bus stops, while all the while cars can continue down the road without stopping.
