As we approach the end of the year, expect more and more lists of the Top 10 This and the Top 5 That to be published everywhere possible. This year so far, at least two driving related Top Ten Lists have been published, and Texas wasn’t mentioned on either of them.

This time, though, that’s a good thing.

Allstate has released their 2011 America’s Best Driver’s Report, which lists – among other things – the cities with the worst drivers. Not a Texas town on the list.

MainStreet.com has ranked the Top Ten States with the Worst Roads. Heading its list are Louisiana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, West Virginia, Arkansas, Hawaii, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Kentucky and Alabama.
